Quality Management

In 1997 we first introduced quality awareness by certifying our company according to ISO 9001 standard.

Continuously stern demands of our customers urged conversion to a more severely customer-oriented standard which has been awarded in December 2002 by becoming certified according ISO 9001:2000 regulations and is subject to annual surveillance audits and tri-annualy re-certification audits by DEKRA-Intertek Certification S.A.

We impose high standards on ourselves and demand the same high standards from our suppliers to guarantee the committed level of service: Indeed, it is not they, but we who vouch for the services provided with the company's excellent reputation.

Error prevention has priority over error rectification. Hence, our organization uses clearly defined means for monitoring the implementation and maintenance of our quality system. All processes are thoroughly documented in procedures and duly communicated to all employees.
